职位要求：
1． 大专或以上学历（有行业销售经验者不限），机械及机电等相关专业毕业。
2． 三年以上液压类产品销售经验，有液压工具行业销售经验者优先录取。
3． 懂得基本的机械和液压原理，能够看懂CAD图纸。
4． 热衷于销售，专业的销售和客户谈判技巧，拥有高度的工作热情和责任心。
5． 个性开朗，为人正直，善于处理人际关系，良好的沟通和协调能力及团队合作意
识。
6． 学习和适应能力强，敢于面对压力和挑战，能适应出差。
岗位职责描述：
1． 制定销售计划和目标，并能根据客户特点和具体情况制定适宜的销售策略，积极
完成销售指标。
2． 了解公司产品和客户需求，帮助选型，为客户制定最佳的螺栓螺母解决方案。
3． 独立完成与客户的谈判工作，包括价格、交货期、付款条件等，直至签订合同。
4． 跟进合同的执行及客户付款情况，解决客户问题，加速销售回款。
5． 定期有效地拜访客户，维护开拓客户关系，逐步建立所辖地区的客户平台。
6． 收集整理所辖区域的客户信息及行业需求信息，定期提交销售报表。
7． 协调公司的内部资源，满足客户在表演、调试、维修、培训等方面的要求。
